Our priority as Beekeepers is "It's all about the bees". 
 
Over the years, we’ve observed that bees are selective with the flowers they visit, often choosing specific nectar sources even when many options are available. For example, they’re especially drawn to high-protein nectar right after winter, helping the colony grow quickly as the new season begins. In the same spirit, here at Fergo’s Farm, we love making the most of what’s growing in our garden—especially the beautiful medicinal herbs that offer natural healing benefits. That is how our medicinal herb-infused honey range was born.
 
"Sweet Dreams is our latest Raw Honey product, infused with Chamomile, Lavender, and Lemon Balm — all known for their calming properties that support a restful night’s sleep. Chamomile helps to relax the mind and body, Lavender promotes relaxation and reduces stress, while Lemon Balm enhances mood and soothes nervous tension.
 
We take our time, infusing each batch with care and attention. Over a two-week period, the medicinal constituents of the herbs slowly release into the viscous, raw honey. These delicate, healing herbs must remain fully submerged throughout the process, which means the infusion barrel is gently rolled on a regular basis to ensure a consistent and effective Sweet Dreams raw honey.
 
Our Raw honey is packaged in attractive square jars with easy on the eye labelling. We chose glass jars for environmental reasons as it’s a re-usable vessel and does not contribute to the worlds growing plastic problem.
